Hello, friends! Welcome to another season of Budgets and Cents, a podcast co-hosted by Cait Flanders (formerly Blonde on a Budget) and Carrie Smith Nicholson (Careful Cents). If this is your first time listening, we’re glad you’re here! This is our fourth season of the podcast, but you can catch up on all the episodes you’ve missed through our episode guide.
Do you ever feel like you’re doing everything as best as you can but it’s still not ENOUGH? And does it ever make you feel like you’re not GOOD enough? How do you deal with this? This topic is actually a question that came from one of our readers.
Let’s start off by saying, you’re NOT alone in your feelings, as both Cait and Carrie struggle with this in different areas of their lives. Carrie opens up for the first time about not feeling like she’s doing enough when it comes to her finances. On the flip side, Cait doesn’t feel like she’s worthy as a whole.
Feeling like you’re not enough is something we all deal with. However, the goal is to learn how to successfully deal with these feelings and overcome them – starting with learning how to feel content with where you’re at. We talk about that + share a few more actionable tips at the end of this episode.
